In a sustainable design and build project in Par, Cornwall, we prioritized reusing materials from the old house and garden. Lime mortar facilitated breathability for walls and provided a natural habitat for wall-dwelling bees and spiders, offering an eco-friendly alternative to cement mortar. Notable features include a concealed gutter, ridge-less roof tiles for clean lines and minimal materials, and an integrated water butt for collecting gardening water
