We embarked on a box dormer build project, involving the removal of the south side roof and installation of a full-width steel beam to facilitate the addition of a new upstairs bathroom and a rentable room. The primary goals were optimizing panoramic views of the city of Bath and improving insulation for regulatory compliance and enhanced living comfort. Internally, the project included reconfiguring downstairs spaces to convert an existing bathroom into a new bedroom, and the introduction of a new skylight to illuminate communal hallways
