A London Victorian terrace extension. working closely with award winning design firm district architects, I acted as main contractor handling on-site construction details, alterations, and discussions for alternative design solutions. The project involved a comprehensive reworking of the ground floor layout, including a rear extension, structural modifications for an open-plan kitchen living space, a new downstairs bathroom, and a utility room. Renovation of the first-floor bathroom was also part of the works, incorporating recessed window surrounds for larger openings with minimal impact to the design.
